Their "steak" and cheese is an ABSOLUTE joke!!! It's totally comparable to Subway's "steak" and cheese. To be honest I prefer Subway. Save your money people!!! ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!! Remember steakums growing up? Better off getting those!!

Good subs, but pricey

I love this firehouse! I feel so ashamed about how much I visit this shop. The subs are all so great and the staff for the most part is friendly. Pro tip! Sign up for the loyalty thing on their website and type in your # each order and you get free stuff!!

The steamer is amazing made fresh to order and Firehouse subs donates to the local first responders.

Typical firehouse great food and service. The classic meatball on white is bucketlist, if you haven't go now there is no excuse..

Awesome service and food! Even the manager of the place takes the time to make sure the customers are enjoying their meals and cleans whenever he can. I always get the slow cooked brisket and it is always very flavorful and tender. Great price for the awesome quality food offered.

Very friendly. Great service. The sub was good, but I prefer the bread at Publix, Wawa, or Jimmy John's. I'd definitely eat there again, but it wouldn't be my first choice if one of the other three were nearby.

I had lunch at Firehouse Subs today. I got the Firehouse Salad which is a chef style salad, chicken, turkey or ham. I got the Virginia ham on mine. The ham was delicious. So, I got the salad and no drink, $7.69 before taxes. I got there at 12:20 PM and the place was SRO. Every customer gets greeted as they enter and I only had to wait a couple of minutes to place my order. It took 16 minutes for my salad to come out but the place was really busy. They bring your order to your table and say your name… a nice touch. The salad was a good value, fresh and tasted good. The dining area is long and narrow so there aren’t many good seats in the house. Still, I liked it and I’ll go back because the food was good, the service was good, friendly and respectful.

Employees were nice enough. Wasn't that busy when I visited and the floors were really dirty on the sandwich line. Personally I prefer the Orange City location. At the Titus Landing location I ordered a beef cheddar brisket med on white with extra jalapenos with no mayo. What I got was not what I would call extra jalapenos and I got mouth fulls of bread on each end of the sandwich. Made sloppy. Probably will think twice about the Titus Landing location.To the management team: I don't know if it will help in addressing the issue but my visit was on Thursday, February 20, 2020 some where between 5 & 6:30pm. I didn't hang on to my receipt so I couldn't really tell you much more than that.

I love that they opened a location right here! I cannot get enough firehouse!

They did great! After this virus threat is over, I will continue to eat at any restaurant that I can see the cooks and or food preps wearing a face mask. Face mask should have been standard before and from now on forever! Hopefully they will continue with both gloves which were standard and now face masks that should also be the new STANDARD!

Yum! If you love subs you know sometimes the bread is hard when toasted. Not Firehouse, buns are warm, soft and delicious. Great quality. Price fair.

Wow it's nice to have a Fire House here in Titusville.Did not know about this location. It's tucked away from the main street. I enjoyed coming here. I was greeted upon entering. All the staff was friendly and helpful. My meal was excellent and made propmply. This sandwich shop uses top quality ingredients which makes for a tasty meal. The pricing is moderate to high but worth it. I will definitely be coming back. Super clean with ample seating and a nice decor. The rest room was spotless.

I ordered a salad and it was worth it it was so big it lasted for a second meal

I eat at a Firehouse Subs a good bit. Stopped in this location while traveling on vacation. Was surprised that we were not greeted upon entering as that is the norm in every other location I've ever been to. Otherwise the location was clean, the service acceptable and the food was good. My bread was a little hard but not terrible.

This was my first time ever eating at a firehouse and they did not disappoint. I had the Italian sub and it was amazing! The place was packed but the service was still excellent and very efficient

I placed an order for pickup already paid for only had to come and pick up. It was ready on time. I got the Italian salad. I've ordered this a few times before. Must have been a new person that made it. It had large strips of salami laying across the top of the salad and same but less chicken strips under that and didn't include any salad dressing that is suppose to come with it. Guess my fault for not checking before leaving.

If you haven't had a Firehouse sub you're missing out. You'll never go to Subway again.

Great subs. Very good customer service. We also sit down and eat in. Husband couldn't finish his sub and an employee was walking by and asked if he wanted to take it with him. Gave him take out tray. I noticed customers getting theirs to go. They are in and out in no time. I come here instead of getting fast food.... even though they are fast. Just a better option. And thanks for always welcoming us even though that blower is loud and we can't hear you guys.

I really like the Philly cheese steak here and my husband likes the Hook and Anchor. We have only used the take out service and it is fast and friendly. We have not been disappointed.

First time I came here was a week ago with my boyfriend, it was late at night and we were looking to have some good healthy food. When we came in it was clean and pleasant, the staff was having fun and joking and ordering was easy. However there was a major mess up with our food, which lead us to believe it was the cooks first day, however the main person on staff immediately responded with firing fresh subs and personally tended to them, and when they came back we were not unhappy. So tasty, incredible and very clean. Today we came back and I got a different sub, and let me tell you I am not disappointed. Hands down I'd recommend again and again. Only complaint? I'd like a more sour pickle :)

The food was great! Service time was as expected during the lunch rush. It was a little expensive ($31 for 2 people). The brisket and cheddar sub was amazing!

Great service, I've never been and they explained everything and got it out pretty fast. Love the pickle on the side 🤪

Don't forget to try a salad!! They don't just make great subs...they also have amazing salads!!!

To be honest this was my first time eating at a firehouse. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful, the dining room was clean and well kept. As for the food, I wasn't impressed. It's not the worst sandwich I've ever had, it wasn't bad by any means. But I didn't see anything all that special about it. Maybe if I were more into hot sauces I could appreciate this place a little more. If you want a perfectly decent sandwich, a huge selection of hot sauces, and a kitchy ambiance you'll love this place.

It was kind of not so great customer service as far as friendliness and welcoming. The food was faultless though.

Subs are almost always spot on however here at 5:30 on a Friday night and over half the coke soda machine is out of product. Not a good thing and no explanation by staff as to why or that it’s almost out when you order. Stuck with tea.

It was supposed to be a 6 inch sub, tasted good though🙁
